　　National Day is coming. Our school has a holiday for seven days! Parents, too, can rest at home this golden week.

　　At the thought of this, I was elated and planned to go out to relax with my parents. However, on this special day, there are many groups who work hard in their respective jobs and can't enjoy this special day happily, such as mall salesperson, supermarket cashier, traffic police uncle, etc. Take the salesmen and bosses in every shop on the street! They always treat customers warmly, never lose their temper and never swear to customers.

　　In fact, the cashier in the supermarket is the same. Customers buy a mountain of daily necessities. They are so busy that they are in a hurry. After one customer is finished, another customer runs over again. They don't even have time to drink. The sanitation workers on the street get up early and work in the dark every day. They can finish work from the morning to late at night. They can only sleep for five or six hours. After hard work, they sometimes can't get respect and understanding from others. How sad. 　　On this year's national day, I went to many places with beautiful scenery, such as Guilin, the West Lake with heavy makeup and the mudushantang street with a long history. Among them, mudushantang street is the one I most linger on.

　　Snacks can be seen everywhere in mudushantang street, which reminds me of the sky. And small pendants are more dazzling. As soon as I entered Shantang street, I could see all kinds of snacks, including Begonia cake, osmanthus cake, tofu flower, etc. I was salivating. My father bought me a Begonia cake to relieve my craving when he saw that I was full of light. I ate it three times as soon as I got it. I just felt delicious, sweet and soft.

　　After a while, I saw the white maltose. The hot hand of maltose held two wooden swabs and wound the maltose around. I was surprised. How could the maltose be so soft? I bought another piece with curiosity. I bit it hard and thought it was very soft. Unexpectedly, I almost knocked off my teeth. I asked my father in doubt: "Dad, why is maltose so hard?
